With the strength of its mission serving as a guide, Gamma Phi Beta expresses its desire to empower women through numerous avenues. The Sorority’s training and development programs include all encompassing events such as Convention, Regional Leadership Conferences (RLCs), and Leadership Development Institute (LDI), to chapter programs such as PACE, The Complete Sister Program, and the dialogs that occur between Gamma Phi sisters during the course of a day.
Gamma Phi Beta Sorority places a great deal of importance on scholarship and assists the members in reaching their academic goals at the University of Kansas. The scholarship chairmen, members of the scholarship committee, and scholarship advisor are always available and willing to meet with members when needed. Gamma Phi Beta offers a variety of programs and ideas to help its members succeed.
